With a free account you can view every donor's full written profile, medical and genetic history, downloadable documents, a childhood photo, and the handwritten letter and audio interview where available. Photo & Video Access adds the remaining childhood and adult photos and video.
How much does it cost?
$120 for 90 days of access across the whole catalog. It is complimentary for 30 days when you book a free consultation, and you can renew at any time.
How long does my access last?
Your Photo & Video Access is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. During this time, you have unlimited access to all donor media.
Do all donors have additional photos and videos?
Most donors have multiple photos available. Video profiles are available for many donors, with more being added regularly. The availability varies by donor.
Can I renew my access?
Yes, you can purchase additional 90-day access periods at any time. There's no limit to how many times you can renew.
