Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
If you are working with a clinic and they will insert donor sperm directly into the uterus, IUI is often the option you'll hear about. Scientific evidence demonstrates that 5M motile sperm results in the same pregnancy rates as 10M motile sperm (Hochberg 2024). Please consult with your clinic before selecting your vial.

Intracervical Insemination (ICI) / Home Insemination
For those doing home insemination, the highest pregnancy rates are observed when inseminating 8M motile sperm (Kop 2022). Select 10M ICI to achieve delivery of at least 8M motile sperm. We recommend ordering two vials for each cycle to perform two inseminations during the fertile window.

In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) / ICSI Cycles
Most IVF cycles are performed using Intra-cytoplasmic-sperm-injection (ICSI) where one sperm is injected into one egg. Some IVF labs prefer washed sperm (IUI preparation) while others prefer unwashed sperm (ICI preparation). Please check with your clinic before ordering vials.
